The preliminary design scheme of factory video surveillance installation should satisfy the performance of existing resources and network requirements. The construction of front-end video capture subsystem and video management system of surveillance center all meet the performance requirements of the Ministry of Public Security's "Opinions on the Construction of Urban Alarm and Monitoring Technology System", striving for stable operation of the system, reliable data storage and regular filing of video data.
Firstly, the video surveillance system should ensure the personal safety of the staff in the factory area and public activity area, ensure the property safety of production equipment and other important facilities, prevent man-made sabotage activities, and obtain the video of the process of the incident at the first time after the accident, providing strong evidence for timely handling and tracing responsibility. This is the basic function requirement of video surveillance. Another important aspect is that the video surveillance system can play an auxiliary role in the daily production process of the factory and realize the unattended production line.
According to the requirements of government departments and the relevant regulations of safety production management in enterprises, and according to the relevant national standards, combined with the requirements of video surveillance in factories, the network video surveillance system functions are formulated to achieve the following objectives:
(1) Video acquisition function: front-end video acquisition system collects video, compresses and encodes it according to transmission requirements, and converts it into information format that can be transmitted over digital switching network through access gateway.
2) Video transmission function: The compressed and coded video information is transmitted in the factory special network according to the work flow, and the transmission network system at all levels is constituted according to the security management authority. At the same time, it can meet the management needs of the monitoring system, transmit to the superior system and store.
3) Information processing function: all levels of systems process the received video information according to video classification and ownership, and process the stored information invoked.
4) Video storage and backup function: The monitoring center server should store, store and backup historical data information for video information and system logs, which can be replayed in the network system according to authority.
5) System control function: according to the authorization, the control commands issued by network users are transmitted to the front-end system to realize the call and control of the monitoring center and authorized users on any way of the front-end monitoring image.
